Dear friends in church leadership,

We hope that you have heard about Generation Spark by now... whether you have or have not, we invite you to learn more through an upcoming informational webinar. In short, Generation Spark is a mentorship paradigm in which young adults (ages 16–24) are paired in one-on-one relationships with an older adult (age 45 and up) to identify and solve a real-life problem in their church or community.

At the virtual webinar on August 29 (7:00-8:00 p.m. Eastern), you will learn more about how Generation Spark works and what it might look like for your church, including the many benefits. Research has shown that young people who are mentored through Generation Spark are 70 percent more likely to stay connected to their local congregations.

Come learn more about intergenerational mentoring, and how you can be a part of the Generation Spark process.
