Synod ends at 9:30 a.m. Local Time on Tuesday, June 18

You must register by April 24.

This registration site is for:

• General Synod delegates
• Corresponding delegates
• Seminarian Seminar participants (GS3)

SINGLE OCCUPANCY lodging is provided by the General Synod for all delegates this year.

BEFORE you go further in this registration, be sure to complete all of the following steps that apply to you:

• If you are flying: Book your flights before you register for General Synod, following the General Synod travel instructions. You will need to provide your airline name, flight numbers, and arrival/departure dates and times if you are flying to synod.

• If you are driving: Know your planned arrival and departure dates because you will need to provide them during registration. For more information about mileage reimbursement, check out the Arriving by Car instructions.

• If you plan to bring your non-delegate spouse: Please read the information regarding “Bringing a Spouse” in the FAQ section before registering. You will need to decide if you will purchase a spouse meal package or not prior to registration- you cannot add it later, after you have already registered.

• If you and your spouse are both delegates or seminarian seminar participants, please register separately using the link sent to each of you, then send Andrea an email at agrooters@rca.org requesting to be roomed together.

• If you hope to arrive early or stay late in Tucson for personal reasons and stay at the Westin: Read the FAQ section on “Arriving Early or Staying Late”. You will register for your additional nights in registration, but you will be responsible for payment directly to the Westin for those nights.

• Special meals that must be signed up for in advance: There are a few unique meals that will require you to sign up in registration. Please see the Meals at Synod page for more information about meals at General Synod.

Accessibility and Participation Needs:
During registration, you will have the opportunity to describe how we can help you participate as fully as possible during General Synod, including (but not limited to) accommodations for language interpretation, dietary restrictions, hearing loss, vision loss, and mobility issues. It is very important to us to be prepared to give you the best experience possible as a delegate. Any information that you can communicate during registration is helpful. We will follow up with you in an effort to arrive at accommodations that are reasonable and satisfactory for all parties involved.
