2023-2024 LOWER AND OUTER CAPE PEER GROUP MEETINGS

These Peer Group meetings are an informal discussion space for municipal officials and town staff who are involved in or interested in housing production on the Lower and Outer Cape. Towns will have an opportunity to share updates on their housing initiatives and projects. Guest speakers and agendas to be announced.

Winter Regional Peer Group: Tuesday, December 12th, 2023, 3-5pm, Virtual

• Come one, come all! Join us for a regional peer group meeting, covering Provincetown to Harwich!

Spring Regional Peer Group: Tuesday, March 12th, 2024, 3-5pm, Virtual

• Come one, come all! Join us for a regional peer group meeting, covering Provincetown to Harwich!

Summer Outer Cape Peer Group: Tuesday, June 11th, 2024, 3-4:30pm, in-person at Province Landing (90 Shank Painter Road, Provincetown)

• Site visit & peer group open to all 8 towns!

• Tour of the 50-unit complex, completed in 2012, followed by peer group discussion in the community space on-site

Summer Lower Cape Peer Group: * NEW DATE* Thursday, June 6th, 2024, 3-4:30pm, *via Zoom*

• Open to all attendees!

• Both Summer Peer Groups will discuss Town Meeting outcomes and housing updates!

Audience: elected and appointed town officials and town staff such as current members of the following boards and committees: Select Board, Finance Committee, Planning and Zoning Boards, Community Preservation Committee, Housing Trust, Housing Committee, Housing Authority, Local Housing Partnership, Town staff, etc.

Registration details: There is no cost to attend and pre-registration is required to receive the Zoom link to join the meeting.
