Are you a Food Service Manager or do you want to be? Are you Food Safety Certified?

By law, all food service locations must have at least one full-time food safety certified employee on staff.

Join Kimberly Concra, LDN, Extension Educator, Nutrition and Food Safety with the Cape Cod Cooperative Extension for a two part workshop to help you earn your food safety certification.

Part one of the workshop, Food Safety Manager Training on February 28th from 5:30-8:00 pm will be a remote learning session, including a Q&A session, on the Massachusetts Food Safety requirements for your food business.

Part two of the workshop, on March 7th from 2:00-4:30 pm OR 5:30-8:00 pm will be an in-person ServSafe Manager Review and Exam. Masking and Social Distancing Measures will be required. Strict Limit to 8 in each session.

Cost: The Cost to register for the two session workshop is $40. Participants will pay an additional $65 for the ServSafe Manual. Thanks to the support of the CDP's workshop funder, the $65 Manual fee will be refunded to participants who (1) live in the 8 Lower and Outer Cape towns and complete the exam on March 7th.

This workshop is limited to a total of 16 people.
