The Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation's Annual 2-Day Patient Conference is a great opportunity to learn about cutaneous lymphoma from experts in the field and connect with others in the cutaneous lymphoma community in a relaxed environment.

Directions for Registering as a Sponsor or Exhibitor for a CLF Event

1. To register representatives staffing the display table, click the Exhibitor "Add" button.
a. Fields with * are required.
b. Use the scroll bar to move through the form.
c. Click on "Finish" button when pop-up form is complete.

d. Repeat for each representative attending.

2. When all representatives are added, click the green "Continue" button at the bottom of the screen.

3. Complete the "Additional Information" form. This form can be partially completed by copying information from the exhibitor form. Click on the "Copy From" menu and select name to copy.

4. Click on the green "Process" button to submit your registration. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration.
