Mothers against Drunk Driving (MADD) Northern California Region is pleased to announce that, on Friday June 5^th, 2020, we will be recognizing and honoring law enforcement officers for their efforts to stop the crime of DUI.

This year’s Northern California Region MADD Law Enforcement Recognition Event will be held at Alameda County Office of Emergency Service at 4985 Broder Blvd, Dublin CA 94568. The luncheon will begin at 11am. (Registration will start at 10am). Please mark your calendar to save the date for this very important event.

This year again, we will award officers differently than we have in previous years. The process will be as follows:

June 5^th Luncheon Awardees:

•All Officers and Deputies with 50 or more DUI arrests for 2019 will be awarded the MADD plaque and 23152 pin at the luncheon on June 13th.

•If your Department does not have someone with 50 arrests, your top arresting Officer(s)/Deputy(s) will be awarded the MADD plaque and 23152 pin at the luncheon on June 5th.

•During the second week of April we will inform you and each honoree that he or she has been selected to receive the above award and request they save the date. Each honoree will also receive a formal invitation via email to the luncheon. After receiving the invitation, please RSVP and encourage your personnel to RSVP as soon as possible. A complimentary luncheon will be provided to MADD award recipients. All other Law Enforcement personnel, family and guests are encouraged to attend and support their officers at a cost of $30 per person.
