Outstanding Rookie of the Year Nominations AWARD Guidelines: Outstanding Rookie of the Year Award: Awarded to a rookie officer who has gone above and beyond the call of duty to reduce alcohol-related death and injury. Rookie defined as an officer with less than one year of service. During the last week of March, we announce award winners. Each honoree will receive a formal invitation via email to the luncheon. All agencies MUST register their officer's information. You will need to register each officer separately. Please register each officer’s full name, title, email, department and their number of DUI arrests. This class has reached capacity and has no available registration space.
