All volunteers for Run to Rebuild should read the following text, click the "sign up" button in the bottom left-hand corner and then fill out the brief volunteer form that pops up.

Below, you will find volunteer jobs and shifts. Depending on what shift you selected when you registered, you will help with the following jobs.

WAIVER

In consideration of being permitted to participate on a voluntary basis in Rebuilding Together Philadelphia, I, for myself and on behalf of my representatives, executors, administrators, assigns, heirs and next of kin, hereby release, waive, discharge, covenant not to sue, and agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless Rebuilding Together Philadelphia, Rebuilding Together, Inc. and their respective officers and directors, and other participants, collectively and individually, from any and all liability to me or my representatives, executors, administrators, assigns, heirs and next of kin, for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands, therefore, on account of bodily injury, death or property damage, whether caused by the negligence of the released parties or otherwise while I am participating in said project. 

During and after service with Rebuilding Together Philadelphia, volunteers may not discuss or otherwise divulge any homeowner information, including, but not limited to, homeowner names, addresses, or personal information. By agreeing to this waiver, the volunteer acknowledges the confidential nature of this information and understands that this information must be maintained in strict confidence.

Photographic Release: Volunteer does hereby grant and conveys unto RTP all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by RTP during RTP's repair program, including but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.

By signing up to volunteer today, I expressly acknowledge that I have read and voluntarily sign this release and waiver of liability and indemnity agreement, and agree that no oral representations, statements or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.
