About Steadfast House Carrickmacross
Steadfast House CLG is a Company Limited by Guarantee and is a registered charity. It supports people with intellectual,
physical and/or sensory disabilities along with their families, throughout Monaghan and Cavan. Steadfast House has its origin in the voluntary organisation ‘Association of Parents & Friends’. The organisation was formed in 1966 to support people with intellectual disabilities and their families. We provide Day, Residential and Respite services to local families and throughout the health service area of Cavan and Monaghan. Steadfast House funding source is by the Department of Health under Section 39 Grant Funding.
What's Involved
We are looking for a volunteer to take care of our facilities and carry out daily tasks such as:
Cleaning activity rooms
Cleaning staff room
Cleaning the toilets
Stocking up designated areas with supplies
The goals is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
FLEXIBLE HOURS - We can discuss with the volunteer how to split up the 5 hours per week, mornings or afternoons are possible.
