Law Enforcement Nominations AWARD Guidelines: All Officers and Deputies with 25 or more DUI arrests for 2018 will be awarded the MADD plaque and 23152 pins at the event. If your Department does not have someone with at least 25 DUI arrests, your top arresting Officer(s)/Deputy(s) will be awarded the MADD plaque and 23152 pin at the event. New this year! Outstanding Service Award: Awarded to an officer who has made a difference in the last year by going above and beyond in the area(s) of education, prevention, policy or enforcement and whose efforts are making an impact in reducing alcohol-related death and injury. New this year! Outstanding Rookie of the Year Award: Awarded to a rookie officer who has gone above and beyond the call of duty to reduce alcohol-related death and injury. Rookie defined as an officer with less than one year of service. During the last week of March, we announce award winners. Each honoree will receive a formal invitation via email to the luncheon. All agencies MUST register their officer's information. You will need to register each officer separately. Please register each officer’s full name, title, email, department and their number of DUI arrests no later than March 18, 2019. We will not accept late submissions.
