Web Content Manager - SEO
We’re looking for an ambitious, ideas-driven Web Content Manager to join Sage in helping us transform our digital web experiences. This role involves working with several different teams across the business; both at a global and local level, so you’ll need good experience of working with a variety of stakeholders, building strong relationships and highly organised in the day-to-day management of your work. Excellent communication is a must. You will manager the approval flow and deployment of Master Site regional SEO content changes ensuring alignment with company standards.

•Stakeholder engagement for Web content change approvals with Page Owners, UX and CRO team.
•Maintain and update the Master Site portfolio and required assets (copy, images, files). Work with regional WCM resources for acceptance and publishing of localised and Master Site pages in region.
•Support Web Content Specialists with regional changes to portfolio of web pages as required.
•Prioritise assigned requests and associated tasks, and ensure all communication relating to requests is contained within the relevant system(s) - primarily Workfront.
•Support the technical review / Quality Assurance of all pages published within the portfolio - ensuring error free and correct rendering within defined parameters.
•Work with the Web Strategy Manager and local market to identify optimisation opportunities, and with CRO to implement personalisation and a/b testing.
•Adhere to and actively promote the use of the Web Operating Model with marketing stakeholders

Skills, know-how and experience:
•Minimum 3 years web content management experience managing multi-region, multi-language sites.
•Strong advanced skills in web design and front-end principles
•Familiarity with responsive design concepts & a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
•Demonstrate a proactive, customer first approach in complex stakeholder environments.
•Strong organisational and time management skills along with clear oral and written communication abilities.
•Strong attention to detail and a 'right first time' mentality.
•At least 2 years hands-on experience of Sitecore CMS
